After/during the photoshoot I always review the photos together with you. And if you’re not happy with something in particular, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Communication is the key. In most cases, I can solve the problem right away on the spot.
I want you to understand that if a problem arises that I can’t solve during the shoot, I will give you a full refund. No worries. Problem solved.
Me and my team feel that one of the keys to success is great communication, and on both ends. If you feel like you are not happy and therefore not completely satisfied with the photos I take, and there is nothing that can be done, simply tell me right away ON THE SPOT so I can give you a full refund.
